What's new in the App

Have you ever booked the dentist and the tooth felt better? Or booked a doctor's appointment and the symptoms disappeared?


It often happens when people book with me. As soon as they have made a decision to begin a journey of healing, they begin to feel better. It's like the body is telling you that it can start to self heal and it immediately begins to feel relief.


That's the thought behind my latest 7 day starter module on the App. Often people feel stuck and don't know how to start on the journey of helping themselves get better. They can't see the wood for the trees. They may feel overwhelmed and deflated.


So on a recent walk in Hackfall Woods, near Masham in North Yorkshire, I came up with the idea that I could do a series of short videos involving Taxi, my black labrador, and various beautiful spots within the ancient woodland.


I've just uploaded it so if you would like to come with me on a 3 minute wood walk every morning for a week, you are most welcome. It's gentle and easy and extremely restorative.


I have to say, I loved doing it!
